Sukh Sandhu is an internationally recognised compliance strategist, education reformer, and global leadership advocate with over 30 years of experience spanning the VET, Higher Education, CRICOS, and international consultancy sectors. As Founder and Director of CAQA and Career Calling International, he has led award-winning initiatives in compliance, risk management, and digital transformation, supporting thousands of organisations and developing one of the world’s largest libraries of training resources. His leadership has earned him honours such as Business Leader of the Year, Asia Pacific CEO of the Year, and inclusion among the Top 121 Educators in the World. He also serves as Editor of The VET Sector and is recognised as a top 1% global digital influencer.
In 2025, Sukh was appointed to the Forbes Business Council in recognition of his significant contributions to high-value projects and currently serves as a Jury Member for Fluxx Events. He is an active member of professional networks including ITECA, IEEE, AITD, and PMI, and has pioneered innovative programs in AI and workforce development. Sukh holds over ten master’s degrees with specialisations in law, business, technology, and education, alongside a substantial portfolio of national and international qualifications.
