Refund Policy

1. If the applicant is not selected the nomination fee of both Regional or Global nomination will be fully refunded within 14 business days from the date of announcement.

1. The fees collected are used to cover administrative costs, processing, evaluation, and other operational expenses required for the program. As such, refunds cannot be issued once a payment has been processed.

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

1. Duplicate Payment: Refunds may be issued for duplicate payments for the same nomination or add-on.
2. Payment Platform Error: Refunds may be issued for incorrect or excessive charges caused by a technical payment error.
3. Non-Selection: Eligible nomination fees are 100% refundable if the nominee is not selected, subject to the applicable award terms.
4. Act of God / Natural Calamity: Refunds may be considered if such circumstances materially prevent the event or participant attendance.
5. Event Cancellation: Eligible payments will be refunded if the event is cancelled by the organizers, subject to applicable terms.
6. Refund Request Period: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of payment, unless otherwise stated in the applicable terms.

1. If a participant is disqualified for any reason their nomination after payment, no refunds will be issued.

1. If the program or event is canceled by the organizers, participants may be eligible for a refund or credit for future programs, at the discretion of the organizers.
2. In cases of postponement, payments will be applied to the rescheduled event and refunds will not be provided.

1. Refund Request Submission: Submit a written refund request via email to the designated support team, providing your full name, proof of payment, and the reason for cancellation. A full (100%) refund will be granted only in cases that meet the eligibility criteria under Clause 3 (Exceptional Circumstances) of Section 3, in accordance with the applicable provisions of Clauses 3, 4, 5, and 6.
2. Processing Timeline: Refund requests will be processed within 14 business days upon approval.
