Cedric Singleton

Cedric Singleton is a distinguished leader whose career spans the military, corporate boardrooms, and  now entrepreneurship. He began his professional journey as an Armor Officer in the U.S. Army. After  serving his country, Cedric joined Abbott Laboratories, where he built a remarkable 27-year career. He  held executive roles including Corporate Sales Executive, Advertising Product Manager, Regional Sales  Director, and Global Director of Commercial Operations. His leadership consistently drove high  performance and earned accolades for commercial excellence. 

Cedric’s success led to his executive recruitment by Carrier Global, where he was appointed Global  Revenue Operations Director of the Enterprise Solutions division. Under his leadership, that division  achieved double-digit growth, increasing annual revenue from $615 million to $1.2 billion in just three  years. 

Now retired from corporate leadership, Cedric is the Founder and CEO of Peak Performance Leadership  Institute. Through keynotes, workshops, and coaching, he equips leaders and organizations to master  leadership and mindset for breakthrough results. A certified Trainer, Coach, and Speaker with The John  Maxwell Team, Cedric leverages proven methods to deliver transformational solutions. 

Cedric holds a B.A. from Howard University, an MBA from the University of Memphis, and remains  engaged in his local community in Maryland. He serves as Co-Chair of the Business and Education  Committee for the Charles County Chamber of Commerce and as Vice Chair of the nonprofit Alpha  Foundation of Southern Maryland.
