Nour Saleh is a transformational leader in clinical research with over 16 years of experience in research ethics, compliance, and management. As a Certified Positive Leadership Coach and Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner, Nour empowers teams, nurtures potential, and fosters cultures rooted in trust and collaboration. Whether guiding cross-functional initiatives, mentoring emerging leaders, or navigating complex ethical challenges, she inspires calm, focus, and shared purpose.
Currently, Nour is the Director of the Human Subjects Research Protection Program at Sidra Medicine. She has played a key role in shaping Qatar’s national research ethics infrastructure, aligning local practices with global standards through policy development, training, and accreditation.
Known for cultivating ethical, inclusive, and high-performing teams, Nour champions both personal and collective growth. Outside work, she enjoys raising her children as future leaders, reading, playing tennis, and painting.
