Mr. Marius Mataranga

Mr. Marius Mataranga is a highly qualified police officer with extensive experience in public administration and national security. He served as the ICAO PKD Administrator for the General Directorate for Passports in Bucharest, he specializes in database administration, public key infrastructure (PKI), data validation, and maintaining relations with national and international authorities. He holds two Master’s degrees, one in Public Order and National Security from the Police Academy and another in Applied Engineering and cryptography, underpinning his expertise in both security policy and technical fields like cryptography and network security, Mr. Marius Mataranga is also the President of the International Police Association, Region 13 Bucharest.
