Sukh Sandhu

Sukh Sandhu is an internationally recognized compliance strategist, education reformer, and global leadership advocate with more than 30 years of experience across the VET, Higher Education, CRICOS, and international consultancy sectors.

As Founder and Director of CAQA and Career Calling International, he has led award-winning initiatives in compliance, risk management, and digital transformation, supporting thousands of organizations and developing one of the world's largest libraries of training resources.

In 2025, Sukh was appointed to the Forbes Business Council and currently serves as a Jury Member for Fluxx Events. He is active in professional networks including ITECA, IEEE, AITD, and PMI, and has pioneered programs in AI and workforce development. He holds more than ten master's degrees with specializations across law, business, technology, and education.
