Dr. Carlos Joshua A. Libarnes

Dr. Carlos Joshua Adanza Libarnes, a 2015 graduate of Doctor of Dental Medicine program at the University of Perpetual Help, became a licensed dentist in 2016 and has since built a career that bridges healthcare, leadership, and advocacy. He had his extensive series of trainings and seminars in Prince Philip Dental School in Hongkong and University of the Philippines Manila in the field of Periodontics. He was also conferred as a Fellow of the Royal institution in Orthodontics after 2 years of studies, and was awarded this title in Singapore. He is now a member of the International Association of Orthodontics and Philippine Section IAO Study club. He was recognized by his Alma Mater of the University of Perpetual Help Dr. Jose G. Tamayo Medical University as the Most Outstanding Alumni year 2020. He also received an honoris causa award for his extensive learning and experience in

Orthodontics as “Doctor of Science in Orthodontics” in Thames International University. Dr. Libarnes serves as the President of several dental corporations, behavioral centers, and veterinary clinics across the country. He is the CEO and President of the following companies nationwide: Dentalscape Corporation, Premierlux Dental Clinic, Prestige Dental Clinic, Kidscape Therapy Center, PremierVet Clinic, and South Metro Dental Laboratory.

Alongside his dental profession, Dr. Libarnes is currently pursuing a Juris Doctor degree at the University of Perpetual Help, where he serves as the 3rd Year Batch Representative in the College of Law. He further extends his leadership role as the Southern Luzon Regional Auditor of the National Association of Law Students of the Philippines (NALSP). Beyond his professional achievements, he takes pride in being the eldest son in his family and a fond grandson, grounding his success in strong family values, humility, and service to others.
