My unique background as an executive leader and practicing cardiologist allows me to design, implement, and optimize healthcare systems that consistently enhance patient care, reduce operational costs, improve efficiency, and position organizations to meet healthcare challenges.

Specializing in clinical governance, healthcare transformation, and strategic planning, I bring extensive experience in portfolio management, risk mitigation, and the implementation of innovative, patient-centered care models.

As a board member, I lead strategic initiatives that drive healthcare reform. My governance experience enables me to lead major clinical governance initiatives, risk management, and transformation efforts, ensuring alignment with best practices and upholding rigorous standards for patient care and operational excellence.

I hold multiple certifications and qualifications that are include, but not limited to, Certified advisory chair from the Advisory Board Center, board governance from IMD, Harvard Business School’s flagship Advanced management Program, Masters in Healthcare Administration from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, along with my clinical qualifications.I believe that effective healthcare leadership requires vision, accountability, and a relentless focus on results.
